Chair running in the London Marathon

Our very own Chief Superintendent Jim Nye, Chair of Trustees of The Honest Truth, is running in this year's London Marathon taking place on April 22nd.  He is looking to keep to his rigous training schedule and making sure holidays or work commitments don't get in the way. We will be keeping track on his progress.

Jim says, ‘The Honest Truth is an excellent charity which helps to reduce the number of young people killed on our UK roads. Each death has an untold impact on so many people. I am delighted to be running the London Marathon not only to raise money, but to also raise the profile of our charity and the very important  work it does.’

But of course the real reason he is fundraising for The Honest Truth is to allow us to keep developing award winning campaigns aimed at young drivers who account for such a disproportionately amount of those killed and seriously injured on UK roads.  Please support his efforts and ours.
